President Trump ordered an end to all U.S. Government funding of foreign military operations, bio-weapons laboratories, and weapons sales, pending a review and identification of those that are essential to U.S. national interest. He also ended all foreign aid, pending a review of the methods and channels of payment, establishment of an accounting system to check whether disbursements are serving legitimate U.S. objectives, and followup with 'clawback' provisions to ensure continuous compliance. President Trump said he prefers direct over multilateral aid, to 'cut out the middleman', as he put it. Every foreign aid program must justify itself in terms of specific U.S. interests, as evidenced by improvements in freedom, standards of living, agricultural and industrial productivity, infrastructure, and openness of market and investment opportunities. Funds taken from foreign aid programs that don't make the cut — 'billions of Dollars are being wasted', the President said — will be allocated to domestic U.S. programs, in keeping with the President's 'America first' principle. Staff reporting to Vice President Kennedy are preparing a list of qualified under-funded domestic programs.
President Trump issued an Executive Order folding the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the Office of the National Security Adviser into the Department of State. 'Now', the President said, 'there will be zero tolerance for foreign agents to go shopping around for the best deal. And by the way, we're going to enforce FARA rigorously, starting today. We don't need all these foreign policy agencies tripping over each other. Sure we need spies, but the Secretary of State has to make sure they don't go rogue.'
Therefore Secretary of State Michael Flynn is combining these into one agency with one mission -- to advance the national interest of the United States overseas. Overlapping functions, 'desks', sub-agencies, field offices, and computer systems are to be combined. 'All this so-called intelligence has made us stupid in foreign affairs', Flynn said. 'By paring it down, we'll get more done with fewer people,' he added.
Secretary Flynn, in one of his first initiatives, abolished all U.S. sanctions on Russia, subject to withdrawal of Russian official and unofficial forces from Ukraine, and cessation of all hostilities there. 'We want to establish a positive atmosphere for serious negotiation with Russia', Secretary Flynn said. Russian President Putin expressed skepticism about U.S. intentions and reiterated his demand for Ukrainian neutrality, non-membership in NATO, and de-Nazification. He also said Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, and the Kherson and Odessa regions will remain part of Russia.
Secretary Flynn repeated what President Trump had said earlier about Israel's inherent right of self-defense, implying there would be no restraint on that. 'Taiwan too has an inherent right of self-defense', he observed. Neither Flynn nor Defense Tulsi Secretary Gabbard indicated what, if anything, the United States would do to reinforce those rights. Their silence is said to be part of an Administration-wide downplaying of loose talk, in favor of action. Defense Secretary Gabbard quietly ended forced vaccination in the military, and all lifestyle-based recruiting. 'Recruiting is way down', she noted in a memo, 'because the military brass has forgotten what makes a military career attractive. We cannot allow distractions like telling soldiers which pronouns to use to interfere with military readiness. That's changing, starting today. All those language regulations are hereby revoked.' Secretary Gabbard also put into effect new DOD procurement procedures prioritizing combat readiness at all times. 'If it doesn't work under combat conditions', Gabbard explained, 'we're not buying it.'
Attorney General Tom Fitton accepted the resignations of all U.S. Attorneys, with thanks for their service and a promise to consider their eligibility for future employment. Fitton ordered the immediate release of all prisoners held without trial in District of Columbia jails, noting the egregious unconstitutionality of such imprisonment. 'Every person unlawfully detained', he said, 'will be compensated according to the number of days held'. He urged former Attorney General Merrick Garland and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to apologize in person, indicating that sincere remorse would be favorably considered in their sentencing if convicted of any crimes.
Fitton also announced closure of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, pending a review of all who were involved in 'Crossfire Hurricane', in illegal FISA applications, in unauthorized spying on U.S. citizens, in 'false-flag' operations at the U.S. Capitol and elsewhere, in threatening U.S. citizens engaged in peaceful communications with local officials such as School Board members, and in related activities contrary to the mission of the FBI and to the U.S. Constitution. Computers in FBI possession belonging to Hunter Biden, Jeffrey Epstein, Hillary Clinton, Ed Podesta, Seth Rich, and others have been removed to a secure place for further investigation. 'Responsibilities and staff of the former FBI will be distributed to the States', Fitton said, 'with a small unit in DOJ for supervisory purposes. This unit will not investigate anything on its own initiative, though the forensic and other former-FBI laboratories will remain intact and available upon legitimate request by State or local officials.'
President Trump's appointment of Vivek Ramaswamy as Treasury Secretary raised eyebrows on Wall Street, but skittish markets were reassured by his intention to start paying down the nation's $30-trillion-plus debt. President Trump said 'I'm counting on Vivek -- I'll have to learn how to pronounce his last name -- to restore confidence in America. We're going to take up where we left off -- cutting regulations, getting manufacturing back to America, energy independence, cutting taxes, fixing trade, rewarding our productive work force, putting innovation to work.' Secretary Ramaswamy advised retaining the Federal Reserve during a transitional period, to retain confidence in the markets and in the currency, while transferring its monetary-policy, borrowing, and banking-regulation functions back to Congress where they Constitutionally belong. He has started negotiations with Congressional leaders toward this end. The purpose of the re-establishment of Congressional authority is to enable consideration of economic policies with transparency and accountability. Budget Director Adam Andrzejewski, the Founder of Open the Books, is in charge of making the Federal Budget available to all Americans, in real time, to inspect, review, and advise their Representatives on-line. 'I'll have to learn how to pronounce Adam's last name, too', President Trump averred.
Secretary Ramaswamy, after reviewing the revenue implications of the extra-territorial taxation of U.S. citizens who reside in other countries ('trivial', he said), abolished this legally questionable tax and the costly individual and institutional reporting requirements that go along with it. Noting that the United States is the only country in the world, besides Eritrea, that imposes worldwide taxation on its citizens, Secretary Ramaswamy ended this practice which has long been a sore point with expats. 'The U.S. Government has no right to force the global banking industry to spy on our law-abiding citizens whose only 'crime' is living in other countries,' Ramaswamy said in reference to the FATCA reporting system. 'This is driving thousands of them to renounce their U.S. citizenship, which is obviously counter-productive -- it stops, now,' Ramaswamy said.
A private construction and engineering consortium volunteered to resume building a wall on the southern border. The consortium requested additional Federal and State Border Patrol manpower to plug holes and guard incomplete sections during construction, and recommended a continued human law enforcement presence on the border even after construction is completed. 'We don't need a smart wall. We need a dumb wall and smart people, rather than the other way around', an unidentified spokesperson remarked.
Energy Secretary Gal Luft ordered the immediate re-start of construction of the Keystone Pipeline, in accordance with resumption of the first Trump Administration's policy of U.S. energy independence. 'Energy independence is not only in the best interest of the United States economically', Luft noted, 'it is also geopolitically essential to keep America secure from energy blackmail by any nation.' He also remarked 'I never understood why the previous Administration shot itself in the foot on its first day in office', an apparent reference to the priority accorded to shutting down the Keystone Pipeline. On solar, wind, geothermal, ethanol, and some other energy resources, Luft said 'There is a place for those technologies, probably off-grid, but let's remember these are only marginal fuels and not secular salvation. We're also going to look at some of the new nuclear designs. No energy source is risk-free, but we want to limit risk as much as possible.' Secretary Luft also offered technical and financial assistance to Germany to repair the Nordstream-2 Pipeline. Another war-delayed pipeline from Russia through Ukraine to Europe is also receiving technical and financial support from the U.S. Energy Department, in order to help Europe recover from its self-imposed energy crisis. 'This will prevent further de-forestation of Germany, which the Greens ought to favor', Secretary Luft remarked, noting that Germans had resorted to burning wood to heat their homes.
Health Secretary Dr Peter McCullough ordered all mRNA products off the market, and an end to Federal purchases of these products, with immediate effect. He ordered a full investigation of mRNA-injected cardiological, hematological, neurological, and immune system injury, and other systemic damage caused by these products. 'They're unsafe, they're ineffective, they were inadequately tested, and they should never have been released to the general public, let alone promoted and purchased by the Federal Government.' he said. Secretary McCullough revoked the Emergency Use Authorization of all mRNA products, and removed them from the Recommended Childhood Vaccination List, and from all recommended lists applicable to Federal employees, all with immediate effect. He also restored the official definition of a 'vaccine' as a medicine that prevents occurrence and transmission of disease, noting that mRNA products do not qualify as 'vaccines' under this definition that was in place until 2021. 'I'm looking forward to working closely with my good friend Vice President Kennedy on getting relief for all those hurt by these toxic drugs.'
President Trump issued an Executive Order directing Health Secretary McCullough and Attorney General Fitton to establish a liaison office to assist the families and survivors of those whose deaths were caused by injection of mRNA products, and those who were injured by injection of mRNA products, as determined by autopsy in the case of death, or bio-markers of mRNA-generated spike proteins in case of those living with mRNA-caused injuries and illness. The purpose of this assistance is to determine the cause of death or injury/illness, to develop materials to a legal standard of proof, and to present these conclusions to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain compensation from the suppliers of these products.
In a joint order issued by Health Secretary McCullough, Defense Secretary Tulsi Gabbard, and Secretary of State Michael Flynn, all U.S.-operated and U.S.-funded bio-weapons laboratories in the United States and around the world are to be closed, with immediate effect. 'We're going to find out who authorized these accidents waiting to happen', they said, 'and prosecute them to the full extent of the law if there is probable cause they committed any crimes'. Health Secretary McCullough also ordered immediate severance of pharmaceutical-company funding of CDC, NIH, FDA, and other public health agencies. 'These agencies are dead-set against the health of the American people', McCullough said, 'and these conflicts of interest are over, now'.
Education Secretary Christopher Rufo ordered the immediate cessation of all Federal funding of so-called 'DEI' (diversity - equity - inclusion) programs and related preference programs, whether by race, ethnicity, sex, 'identification-as', or any other category unrelated to merit. The order applies to all programs, activities, research, instruction, staffing, educational content, and textbooks that detract from the basic educational mission for which Federal funds will be provided. Rufo said 'Our brief from President Trump is to return education to the States and the localities, and to eliminate the Federal role in it. Accordingly my job is to end my job, which I promise to do within one year.'
