You are right. But still we need to ask: Why isn't President Trump in charge of his Defense Dept. and CIA? Why are his former officials and elected Republican officials publicly undermining him? And why has nobody been publicly disciplined for insubordination since he took office? I still can't figure this out...
Good questions. President Trump doesn't look back, prefers to look forward. He is amazingly forgiving of those who have wronged him, even to the point of not appreciating that their offenses are in many cases treasonous, thus crimes against the whole nation. He does not even appear interested in investigating the two assassination attempts. It's weird. As Chuck Schumer put it, go up against the CIA and they get back at you six ways to Sunday. Maybe that's it. Trump has to make sure he has both political and physical protection before he dismantles their state-within-a-state.
