1. A dizzying series of crises, real or manufactured, exploding onto consciousness with whiplash speed, produces collective amnesia, interfering with efforts to make sense of what is happening. No sooner was the Russian interference allegation revealed years after it occurred to have been an elaborate hoax, than a routine phone call was made the basis of an impeachment inquiry. Election year 2020 opened with delivery of a lab-engineered NIH-funded virus from Wuhan China to the United States and the rest of the world. The ensuing global pandemic was quickly followed by (A) sweeping U.S. electoral-law changes expanding the franchise to unidentifiable millions, (B) mass house-arrest and restrictions on all forms of association, and (C) forced injections of risky gene-hacking drugs into a terrified and uninformed populace. Taken together with an officially tolerated riot and arson spree in more than 40 U.S. cities during more than six months, these comprised the most devastating attacks on freedom that Americans had ever been subjected to.
January 2021 featured an FBI-organized false-flag incident at the Capitol, installation of an unelected president amid military occupation of Washington DC, imprisonment of dozens of political opponents without charges for an indefinite period, and cancellation of a vitally needed oil pipeline due to 'climate change'. Having engineered domestic regime change, unelected U.S. officials next set out to avenge their 2016 loss on the purported agent of that upset, the Russian Government. Hence the de facto expansion of NATO into Ukraine, including 26 U.S.-funded Wuhan-like bio-weapons labs, with war the inevitable sequel.
Each crisis nullifies memory of the previous one, leaving the impression of all issuing forth ex nihilo. Yet that cannot be -- historical forces, long-dormant tensions, individuals commanding economic and military acts of war, and stage-managed info-warfare 'psy-ops' lie behind all of them. We owe it to our common-sense to determine what these are and spread this knowledge as widely as possible.
2. Accurate information is available in great -- perhaps too-great -- abundance, despite diligent censorship, search-engine bias, and media psy-ops. The United States and the West retain enough of their traditional freedoms to enable empirical, verifiable, coherent observations and interpretations to get through. While Communist China supplies the mental-lockdown role model beloved by WEF autocrats, that model of discourse and governance is already breaking down everywhere.
It takes more effort to access the multiplicity of sources from around the world than it does to return habitually to brand-name news sources. But once we accept that no one source can monopolize accurate news, we can calibrate each perspective, style, and bias to arrive at a reliable understanding, read between the lines, and filter out self-serving official narratives.
For most people, it is a gut-wrenching adjustment to cast themselves adrift from once-authoritative institutions. Yet that is the only option -- and many will find it rewarding and mind-expanding to free themselves from such dependence. When the schools turn themselves into agents of woke indoctrination, when unelected government bureaucrats spy on fellow-citizens and direct media to conduct hate-filled psy-ops, when public-health agencies spread death and disease, when science is conscripted to boost the drug industry, when currency proliferates to the point of runaway inflation and devaluation, is it any wonder that Americans' trust in institutions has evaporated? In plain fact, there is no alternative but to think for oneself.
3.Delusions fabricated at the higher echelons of government and business emanate from self-justifying doctrines that percolate downwards. In their progress through the bureaucracy, academia, media, and onward to the public, they acquire authority not so much from mere repetition as from the appearance of expertise. Critical mass achieved, they evolve into the mass delusion of self-fulfilling prophecy. They become credible and believable, such that questioning them elicits everything from quizzical stares at insider cocktail parties to accusations of racism, Russia-puppet, science-denier -- whatever silences impertinent objections. Censorship and cancellation follow in due course.
Intelligence operatives exercise a strategic advantage in this modern-day alchemy of transforming fantasy into reality. They have secret knowledge. 'We know', they say, 'but we can't tell you why. Have to protect sources and methods.' This is a perfect license to make up self-serving stories -- and really believe them. It them becomes incumbent on the believer to take action against the misperceived danger, thereby reifying the imaginary threat. The intelligence community 'knew' the Russian Government had made Donald Trump President in 2016. How could it be otherwise? They and their protector had lost. Surely it could not be that a groundswell of the American people themselves had ended their reign. So the chorus of spies, diplomats, and pundits set out to find a villain. They assembled a dossier full of lurid though fictitious details (the pee tapes), cyber-traces of secret communications (also fictitious), and records of clandestine sting-type meetings, all pointing to -- where else? --Moscow. These 'revelations' called for punishment in the form of sanctions imposed on Russia at the end of Dec 2016. In this way a complete fantasy sprang into real policy, by the inexorable logic of reification. The origins of this delusion having fallen into a pit of forgetfulness, free of the need for justification or explanation, it then saw additional service as a cause of economic warfare (sanctions) meant to cause severe hardships, and soon after, armed conflict with death, injury, and destruction.
4.The self-justifying logic of reification works its magic on business, too. There it interacts with virtue-signaling to divert billions of dollars into unproductive activities with zero or negative return. Like the intelligence community, computer projectionists wield another sort of secret knowledge, incredibly complex algorithms purporting to forecast the entire planet's weather decades in advance. By this means they have warned of impending disaster every five or ten years, advancing the date forward whenever the promised apocalypse failed to materialize. Nevertheless we are made to feel guilty for burning oil or coal to heat our homes and power our industry, and importuned to support 'green energy', as if such a thing existed. So-called renewable energy actually requires substantial energy to make and operate the devices that generate it. That fact doesn't intrude into the consciousness of virtue-signaling promoters who believe they are saving the planet and want everyone to know it. This faith-based method of allocating resources has found its way into the 'ESG' principles of oligopolies like Blackrock and Vanguard which determine corporate access to finance. To reinforce this notion of virtue even more forcefully, ESG principles are now also enshrined in SEC regulatory judgments. In the most recent act of this drama, this imaginary threat has been made to appear real --reified -- by sanctions-induced energy shortages and price increases. In both Europe and America, green virtue-signaling is causing real hardships and deprivation.
Race relations in America have followed a pattern which by now can be recognized as sickeningly familiar. The largely fictitious problem of 'systemic racism' is never defined, but its remnants are repeatedly rediscovered in excruciatingly guilt-inducing detail, the better to extort reparations, typically from people innocent of the slightest hint of racial prejudice. If slavery has any meaning at all, it applies pari passu to people forced to surrender their earnings, either as taxes or higher prices, to such extortion. No means of more effectively exacerbating inter-racial hatred can be imagined. Corporations contributing billions of dollars, showcasing their virtue to organizations promoting inter-racial hatred, reify and add more fuel to the ongoing racial conflagration.
5.Business practitioners might be moved to consider the destructive impact of these not-so-remote threats to their own firms. Loss of political freedom through fraudulent vote-counting, social freedom through restrictions on human association, and free speech through censorship directly stifle business innovation. New ideas, new technology, new ways of doing business obviously require all of these freedoms to exist and flourish. To put it another way, loss of freedom guarantees business stagnation, and economic stagnation in general. Does America have to wait and see to prove that again?
Inflation not only diminishes the value of money, it adds uncertainty to investment decisions, and thereby foreshortens time perspectives. Taken to an extreme, inflation nullifies the value of all investment, bringing growth to a standstill. Inflation also levies a hidden tax on everyone, especially harming people with fixed incomes least able to afford it.
Hedonics is the science (?) of constructing the Cost-of-Living Index on the assumption that substituting lower-cost for higher-cost goods and services of similar functionality does not affect one's cost-of-living. Previously the Cost-of-Living Index was based on a constant 'market-basket' of goods and services, so that comparisons across time were always oranges-to-oranges and apples-to-apples. The rationale for hedonics is to build productivity improvements into the Index. But the hedonics methodology is subject to abuse, as the judgment of what lower-cost substitutes are really equivalent to their higher-cost counterparts can be arbitrary. Official inflation is now 8.5 percent, but contant market-basket cost-basis puts it at 17 percent. Either way, diminished consumer purchasing power obviously is not good news for any business.
6.The leak of the Supreme Court's draft abortion decision was probably intended as a distraction, either from 'the 2000 Mules' election fraud documentary or from incriminating Pfizer internal data. These explosive social issues, unresolvable by government, distracting though they are, nevertheless reveal cultural changes with profound effects on public and private morality. Thanks to yet another resurgence of this recurrent battle, we now have a partial answer to Freud's famous question, 'What do women want?' For that subset of women who are so passionate about abortion they want to kill Supreme Court Justices (too), the answer is: They want to be men. Actually Freud's nephew Edward Bernays figured this out long ago, persuading women to smoke by presenting cigarettes as male sexual organs. The abortion advocates, a small but very noisy minority of women, want to fuck (sorry, no other term will do) without responsibility, like men. Their notion of sexual equality is to have sex without consequence, and to achieve that equality they must have unfettered license to kill the consequence. One of their 'arguments' is 'If men could get pregnant, there'd be no debate, they'd all favor abortion'.
Hollywood explored this role-switch in the movie 'Junior', in which future California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed a previously hidden comedic talent as a pregnant man (the result of a scientific experiment). His enactment of morning sickness and unexpected cravings is hilarious.
Years later, it's no joke to humorless officials like the CDC Director who speak of 'pregnant persons' to avoid offending those who really believe men can become pregnant. The canon of sexual equality, according to such worthies, would be violated by any statement, reference, or official document indicating that only women can get pregnant. Official behavior and speech flow seamlessly from a biologically impossible fantasy, itself an artifact of tendentious rhetoric.
This desire of a few women to be men posits a perverted version of manhood through which they can murder the most sacred product of sexual union -- a new human life. This diabolical rite, performed on a viable infant by tearing its limbs off inside the womb, brings to fulfillment a desire by such women for revenge for real or imagined wrongs. Rather than granting their hearts' desire for ritual bloodshed in a futile attempt to appease their grievances, merciful justice would counsel them to celebrate the glory of giving life and nurturing it. Rape and incest are the usual exceptions. Consensual sex cannot be separated from responsibility for consequences -- emotional and societal as well as physical -- as nearly all discussion of abortion tends to do.
In yet another extension of the demented logic of reification, 'gender dysphoria' -- psychobabble for confusion of sexual identity in children -- has been cruelly exploited by school officials and teachers to recruit adolescents and even pre-adolescents into genital-mutilation surgery, often without their parents' consent. (This led to Virginia electing a Governor mandated to end this nonsense.) School Boards and teachers there treated the manipulated desires of girls to be boys, and boys to be girls as normal, rather than as temporary aberrations which if indulged would be repellent and forever regretted, as well as biologically impossible.
7.The damage that has been done to freedom and common-sense in America over the past half-century, and especially since 2020, is incalculable. It will not be repaired overnight. The forces of malice are well-entrenched, vast bureaucracies support them, and ubiquitous media psy-ops and censorship reinforce them relentlessly. Yet their inherent absurdity and self-destructive import are becoming more and more evident to more and more people. Likewise the inherent difficulty of suppressing the truth, and the increasing availability of accurate, empirically grounded, and coherent interpretations are encouraging signs. They deserve every additional bit of circulation everyone can give them.
